RULE FOR SUBMIT
1.It's must be your original character
2.Design the character in THEME "couple"
whatever that can be describe it meaning as "couple"
-thing that born to be together
-thing that born to be natural enemy
-thing that if we mention onething,will remind us another thing
-etc.
3.should be communicate to viewer
by just see the picture,[at the time haven't read describtion yet]
4.Name of picture,description the meaning and concept of picture 4-6 line

You can do A4 or larger in the same proportion
but book size will be b5 size so
minimum size of illustration is B5[18.2 cmx25.7cm]
minimum resolution 300 dpi
for b/w recommend 600 dpi for the best result,
and resize to b5 before you add screentone.
submit you work by submit deviation and send note to me,
keep the real size in PSD and all winner must send high-res file in mail later.
You can submit 1 color and 1 b/w for 1 person
so please do your best^^~!! CHEER~RR
