Try redjuice999's newest deviation Smile from Japan; she's Japanese and she's posted a lot of links to websites where you can donate to the Japan's Red Cross in the description. ^-^

All of these sites are verified safe. Don't know if they are the same. But, yes its pretty horrible news. I have a link I also would like to share with you.

That is a list of all the manga creators and anime staff, from creators to voice actors that have been confirmed safe and sound : ) . Japan is a very very strong country, they will pull through these dark times.

Please be sure to research and validate most of the charity sites. A lot of scam artists always seem to appear during national disasters to feed off the kindness of people who are giving money to a cause.

There are a few links at the bottom that are legit websites for donating to help Japan. And also some other info on where you can donate and how to research if where your money is going is really for the relief/help fund.

I'm offering $5 drawings and am matching it to donate $10 to the Red Cross.

For those who don't have $10 that want art and want to help.

International charity funds and organizations take about a month to process the money for sending them to Japan, and the Red Cross Japan is still closed for all sorts of donations right now except the partnership with Google. So you might try this one since the money goes directly to the Red Cross Japan and, once they open their actions, the money will be available for use, which in my opinion is still faster than international ways: [link]
