Where is 'happiness'

I've ever asking myself this question,when I feel very depress

The reason people depress because thing didn't go to be like they wish.
It's because you've an expectation for something and you didn't get it.

I have some story to tell you. Which I heard from another source.

Once upon a time there've god of happiness gathering,
They decide they want to hide happiness From human.
One god said that 'we should hide in highest mountain so human
Don't reach it.' another god said 'no,human will find it'
Then another one said 'we should hide in deepest of. River.
Another god said 'no,human will find it' 
'then we should hide happiness in human heart'
After that human who didn't know happiness is inside his heart
Won't find happiness.

Most people are waiting for something in life to make them happy,
Such as get married,got promote,being rich etc.
I would like to said if you didn't be happy for today,
You will not gonna happy much when you get those thing in life
Because it just a 'condition'.if you waiting for condition 
To make you happy you have an expectation,
And you depress when you didn't get it or lost it,
Such as you're broke,you're fired,you lost someone you love
Of course those thing will get people depress but 
My believe today is 'this too shall pass'
Everything come to your life whether it's happiness or sorrow,
There're not last long.it will pass finally.

There're 2 kind of happiness,outside and inside.

Outside happiness is materialize you can buy easily with money
Such as new gadget,cloth,car,house etc
And inside happiness which you can't buy,
Because it's state of mind you have to fulfill it with yourself.

It's easy to be happy you just need to focus on happiness
 Inside yourself more than outside because it will make you Didn't 
Need to waiting for something or some condition in life to make you happy.

Just find something you love to do,someone you love 
To spend time with such as friend,family or spouse,
Someplace you love to go,some music you love to hear,
Anything that you love will lead you to happiness finally

So hope you guy can find happiness,
If you can find just look inside yourself.
It's something always with you but you didn't notice it.
